With along medicine there is need of panchakarma for better results. - Diagnosis (Ayurvedic): Vataja Kabj (Chronic constipation) Agnimandya (Weak digestive fire) Sama Vata (Gas/bloating) Diet & Lifestyle Advice Subah khali pet garm pani 1 glass. Rozana 20–30 minute walk ya mild yoga. Raat ko sone se 30 min pehle 1 tsp ghee. Avoid junk, fried, cold, processed food. Include fiber-rich foods: dal, oats, papita, seb. Ayurvedic Medicines Triphala Churna: 1 tsp raat me garm pani ke saath, 4 weeks. Isabgol (Psyllium husk): 1 tsp raat me, 30 min before bed, garm milk/pani ke saath, 4 weeks. Ajwain + Saunf: ½ tsp khali pet subah ya dinner ke baad, as needed. Chitrakadi Vati: 1 tablet ½ hr before meals with warm water, 2 weeks. Panchakarma / Therapies Snehapana (Internal Oleation) – Ghee or medicated oil, small amount subah khali pet for 3–5 days. Abhyanga (Oil Massage) – Warm sesame oil full body massage, especially abdomen and lower back, daily. Swedana (Fomentation / Steam) – Mild steam for 10–15 min after abhyanga. Basti (Medicated Enema) – Key treatment for Vata Kabj: Anuvasana Basti (Oil enema) – 50–100 ml, alternate days, 8–10 days. Niruha Basti (Decoction enema) – 100–150 ml, every 3rd day, 4–5 sessions. Shirodhara (Optional) – Medicated oil dripping on forehead, 20 min, 3–5 sessions for stress and Vata pacification. Follow-Up 2 weeks: Stool pattern, gas, abdominal discomfort check. 4 weeks: Repeat evaluation; continue Panchakarma if needed. Long-term: Maintain diet, yoga, and seasonal detox for Vata balance. Panchkarma plan as discussed with you must be under supervision. Only Abhyanga and steam u can do at home.
