Doctors' responses

Yes — Phaltrikadi Kwath can be used instead of Patoladi Kashayam if pitta symptoms are mild and the main issue is ama + loose sticky stools. Since you’re already on Dadimashtak Churna, this combination is reasonable and cost-effective. Avoid substitution only if there is strong burning, heat, or severe skin itching.

Patoladi Kashayam → best for pitta + ama Phaltrikadi Kwath → ok, but slightly less effective Yes, you can take Phaltrikadi Kwath if Patoladi is costly. Dadimashtak Churna → continue (good for loose sticky stools) Avoid: spicy, fried, sour foods Prefer: light, warm food One line: Phaltrikadi Kwath can be used instead of Patoladi Kashayam if cost is an issue.

Hello I totally get how draining it is to deal with those loose, sticky stools and bloating for ages, even when you’re eating fine. But dont worry we are here to help you out 😊 PATOLADI KASHAYAM vs PHALTRIKADI KWATH Patoladi Kashayam –Strength- Really strong detox –Action-super intense Pitta –Good for -Skin, fever, liver –Long-term-Not great Phaltrikadi Kwath
–Strenth- gentle but deep detox –Action-Pitta-Ama in gut –Good for-Loose stools, bloating –Long-term-Okay For what you’re dealing with, Phaltrikadi Kwath is actually a better call than Patoladi Kashayam. Patoladi is more for serious Pitta problems. You’ve got a long-term Grahani thing going on, and Phaltrikadi is better for that. So yeah – you’re good to switch to Phaltrikadi Kwath YOUR FULL PLAN –Keep taking Dadimashtaka Churna ½ teaspoon twice a day before eating, with warm water Add: Phaltrikadi Kwath 15 ml + 15 ml warm water Twice a day before meals This works great because: – Dadimashtaka helps your digestion – Phaltrikadi gets rid of toxic Pitta-Ama and heals your gut You DON’T need that expensive Patoladi Kashayam. Phaltrikadi Kwath is the right, safer, and better med for your Pitta-Ama Grahani issue. Your body’s already doing its thing – it just needs the right help. Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate
