Hi on top of everything I have just had recent blood tests and found my Ferritin has dropped 100 points nearly since November,here are my results with my digestive issues I'm really worries, what ayurvedic formal could build ferritin stores quickly. Thank you Aaron • Haemoglobin (15.9 g/dL): NORMAL. • ESR / Inflammation (2 mm/hr): . • MCV (86 fL). • Platelets (188 x10^9/L): NORMAL. • PSA (November): NORMAL. B12 & Folate: NORMAL

Ferritin reflects iron stores, and a sharp drop indicates your body’s iron reserves are declining even though your current hemoglobin is still normal. - Diagnosis (Ayurvedic): Raktapitta (low blood/iron), Agnimandya (weak digestion), Vataja Kabja (constipation) - Prescription: Lauha Bhasma – 125 mg with honey or warm water – once daily after food Ashwagandha Churna – 3 g with warm milk – at night Shatavari Churna – 3 g with warm milk – at night (can be combined with Ashwagandha) Triphala Churna – 5 g with warm water – at bedtime for mild bowel regulation Guduchi Satva – 500 mg twice daily – after meals (supports immunity and digestion) - Dietary advice: Iron-rich: jaggery, black sesame, spinach, beetroot, lentils, pomegranate Combine with vitamin C: amla, lemon, guava Avoid tea/coffee with meals - Lifestyle: Warm water in the morning Gentle exercise to stimulate digestion Duration: 6–8 weeks, then repeat ferritin test. Follow-up: Monitor for constipation improvement and any GI bleeding. Stop and consult if dark stools, abdominal pain, or other alarming symptoms occur.
