Struggling with Bowel Movement and Acidity Issues - #49168

Hello I m 19 yr old Since last abt 2 yr ( approx ) i am dealing with bowel movement issue acidity bloating and gas issue these are not constant eg ( acidity may last about a month or more ) bowel movement and gas issue is more or less very constant . Ibs like sympotoms even get worst when some stress . Like i get frequent urge to poop . More than thrise a day . Since about 8 month i am trying to fix my time of decefecation but clearly unsatisfactry result
