Extreme Bloating After Meals - #49186

For few years now I have been suffering from extreme bloating. Even having a small banana makes me bloated. The boating after meal makes me look like I am pregnant. I had a similar bloating issue about 8 years ago and it turned out I was lactose intolerant. After avoiding milk, my issue disappeared and I started living normally. But fast forward to now, I don’t consume any milk products and eat pretty healthy. I have also stopped consuming too much fresh vegetables and gluten lately but no help so far. Just to note - my gall bladder was removed about 12 years ago. Wondering if it has anything to do with it. Please advise what should I do!

Avoid oily, dairy and bakery products. Regular exercise. Use boiled water for drinking. Sy Gason 15ml twice after meal Tab Erandbhrushta haritaki 0-0-1 With lukewarm water at bedtime.
