Have been taking antacid tablets, probiotic capsules but of no help! Have realised that tomatoes are triggering my problem even more. Pl can you suggest some home remedies?
Pitta aggravation + weak Agni (digestion) Tomatoes are Pitta-increasing, so avoid them Home Remedies (Daily) Warm water – sip throughout the day Coriander + Cumin water – ½ tsp each, boil in 1 cup water, drink after meals Aloe vera juice – 1–2 tsp in morning (soothes stomach) Sukumara Rasa / Avipattikar Churna – ½–1 tsp with warm water after meals → reduces acidity Trikatu powder – ¼ tsp with warm water only if digestion is weak, helps Agni kara

Hi Yes definitely 1 tsp Jeera+1 tsp Ajwain+1 tsp whole coriander Soak them in water ( 250 ml)overnight and after mashing in morning strain in and drink that water empty stomach… don’t eat anything for atleast 1 hour you will get the results
