Dx: Vibandha (Chronic constipation), Apana Vata dushti - Rx 1. Triphala Churna Dose: 2–3 g only Time: Bedtime With: Warm water ✔ Mild regulator, not a strong laxative 2. Abhayarishta Dose: 10 ml once daily Time: After dinner With: Equal warm water ✔ Improves bowel habit gradually 3. Hingvashtak Churna Dose: 1 g Time: Before lunch & dinner With: Warm water ✔ Reduces bloating, supports digestion ✔ Does not cause loose stools 🚫 Avoid (for now) Castor oil Daily stimulant laxatives 🥗 Advice (very important) Warm, cooked food only No dairy (lactose intolerance) Warm water sips through day Fixed toilet timing (don’t strain) - If stools become loose: ➡️ Reduce Triphala to 1–2 g or stop for 2 days
