Dose: 125–250 mg (¼ small pinch) When: Morning, empty stomach How: Mix with honey or warm water Duration: 3–5 days only - u can give one of them 1)Bilva powder Dose: 250 mg (¼ tsp) When: Twice daily How: With warm water ✔️ Very good for loose stools 2. Hingvashtak churna Dose: 250 mg When: After meals, once or twice daily How: With ghee or warm water ✔️ Helps gas, bloating, pain 3.
