Doctors' responses

You likely have pelvic floor dysfunction—the muscles that help push stool out aren’t relaxing properly. -See a gastroenterologist for a rectal exam. Untill that I am recommending u some internal medicine - - Diagnosis: Vataja Antra Gati Vighatana (Impaired bowel movement, Vata type) - Internal Medicines: 1)Triphala Churna – 3 g at bedtime with warm water 2)Erand Taila (Castor oil) – 1 tsp at bedtime, 2–3 times/week if needed - External Therapy: *Abhyanga (sesame oil massage) – daily, focus on abdomen *Basti (medicated enema) – Anuvasana Basti with sesame oil 2–3 times a week for 2–4 weeks (very effective in vata-related evacuation issues). Gentle clockwise abdominal massage -Diet & Lifestyle: Warm, cooked foods; plenty of warm water Gentle yoga: Pawanmuktasana, Vajrasana, Malasana Avoid straining Follow-up: 2–4 weeks
