Doctors' responses
-Kutaj Parpati + Kamdudha Ras: Can be taken together. Morning: Kutaj, Evening: Kamdudha. Monitor digestion. -Kutaj Parpati vs Ghan Vati: Stick to Parpati; switch to Ghan Vati if heaviness occurs. -Bilagyl: Safe to restart in March–April when digestion is stronger; take after meals. Tips: Warm, light foods; avoid cold/raw items; stay hydrated.
Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular use of buttermilk. Tab.Stop-IBS 1-0-1 Cap.Florasante 1-0-1 Follow up after 2 weeks.
