Doctors' responses

-Kutaj Parpati + Kamdudha Ras: Can be taken together. Morning: Kutaj, Evening: Kamdudha. Monitor digestion. -Kutaj Parpati vs Ghan Vati: Stick to Parpati; switch to Ghan Vati if heaviness occurs. -Bilagyl: Safe to restart in March–April when digestion is stronger; take after meals. Tips: Warm, light foods; avoid cold/raw items; stay hydrated. -Kutaj Parpati Vati: 1 tablet morning and evening with lukewarm water after meals Kamdudha Ras Moti Yukt: 1 tablet evening after meals Bilagyl: As per your doctor’s prescription; usually 1 tablet 2–3 times a day for short course (don’t self-extend) -Take medicines with warm water, not cold. Start slowly with Kamdudha again and monitor for indigestion.

Thank you mam for your reply and explain everything very clearly. I was trying to connect with you to ask about kamdudha ras. Now you have clearly explained that j should continue moti yukt. Second query please clarify that kamdudha ras moti yukt when I was taken continuity for 4 months then in November it started little bit constipation and then in December 1st it completely showing some side effect like loss of hunger, heaviness in stomach and little bit constipation. These side effects may be because of taking long duration or increase of vaat dosh because of winters onset. Now suggest me simple kamdudha ras has same effect on peptic ulcers like kamdudha ras moti yukt. Or I should continue with kamdudha ras moti yukt from baidyanath as I was taking earlier. Please reply Regarss

Recently in winters kamdudha rasa moti yukt is not suiting to your digestion as it is heavy than simple kamdudha rasa , it causes sometimes constipation, loss of appetite and heaviness, that’s why at present avoid kamdudha rasa moti yukt and try for simple kamdudha rasa , if you feel any side effect with this then stop it and consult .

1. Mam then now I can take bilwadi churan along with kutaj parpati vati, if so then prescribe me how and when to take it. Hope it will not cause constipation. 2. or again its winters are going on and bilwadi churan contains bael as main ingredients and it can shows some side effect in this time. 3.And later during mid march as you suggested to take kamdudha ras moti yukt, instead of that I can take bilwadi churan if it will not cause constipation along with kutaj parpati vati. Because I need one medicine along with kutaj parpati vati which support my digestive system and not cause side effect and constipation. Please reply Regards

Recently also I am saying , that u can start with kamdudha simple one… No need to shift to bilwadi…if u face any symptom with kamdudha simple one then tell us, then we will think to shift on something else.

Kamdudha Ras (Moti Yukt) + Kutaj Parpati Yes, you can take both together if they suit you. Dose Kamdudha Ras Moti Yukt – 1 tablet twice daily after food Kutaj Parpati Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food This helps control loose motions, acidity, and gut irritation. Kutaj Ghan Vati Not required if Kutaj Parpati is working well. Usually take only one Kutaj medicine, not both. Bilagyl You can restart when digestion is stable. Better to restart in March end or April. Start with low dose to check tolerance. Diet Advice Warm, light food Rice, moong dal, pomegranate, thin buttermilk (daytime)
