Continue Modulen and follow Crohn’s diet plan. -For immediate relief at home: Rest the hip and avoid movements that worsen pain. Apply an ice pack for 10–15 minutes to reduce inflammation. Use a cushion or pillow under the hip when sitting or lying down. Take acetaminophen/paracetamol if needed for pain (safe for Crohn’s, avoid NSAIDs) - this one is for immediate relief - according to Ayurveda daily apply externally External Therapy (Abhyanga ) Ksheerabala oil / Mahanarayan oil: Gently massage hip 10–15 min once daily. Warm fomentation (hot water bag) over hip 10–15 min to relieve stiffness.
