- Prakriti (probable): Vata–Kapha Vikriti: Vata-Kapha vriddhi with Pitta anubandha - Agni: Manda - Srotodushti: Rasavaha, Artavavaha, Purishavaha - Diagnosis (Ayurvedic): Artava dushti Rasa-Rakta dhatu dushti Agnimandya with Ama - CHIKITSA 1. Deepana–Pachana Triphala churna ½ tsp with warm water - Night after dinner - Jeeraka siddha jala (Boil 1 tsp jeera in 1 L water, sip warm) -Throughout the day 2. Vata-Kapha Shamana (Hormonal balance) -Kanchanar Guggulu 2 tablets twice daily After meals with warm water -Ashwagandha churna ½ tsp with warm milk/water Night 3. Artava & Skin support -Shatavari churna ½ tsp twice daily Morning & evening with warm milk/water -Manjistha cap 1 cap (500mg)once daily Morning with warm water 4. Constipation If needed: -Gandharva Haritaki churna ½ tsp with warm water -At bedtime (alternate days) PATHYA (Diet & lifestyle) ✔ Warm, freshly cooked food ✔ Regular meal timings ✔ Early sleep (before 11 pm) ✔ Daily 10–15 min walk ✔ Sesame oil abhyanga 3×/week ❌ Cold drinks, curd at night ❌ Bakery, sugar, fried food ❌ Skipping meals ❌ Late nights - BAHYA CHIKITSA (External) Abhyanga: Sesame oil Face pack: Besan + rose water + pinch turmeric (2×/week) -ANUPANA Warm water only - FOLLOW-UP After 4 weeks
