- Prakriti (probable): Vata–Kapha Vikriti: Vata-Kapha vriddhi with Pitta anubandha - Agni: Manda - Srotodushti: Rasavaha, Artavavaha, Purishavaha - Diagnosis (Ayurvedic): Artava dushti Rasa-Rakta dhatu dushti Agnimandya with Ama - CHIKITSA 1. Vata-Kapha Shamana (Hormonal balance) -Kanchanar Guggulu 2 tablets twice daily After meals with warm water -Ashwagandha churna ½ tsp with warm milk/water Night 3. Artava & Skin support -Shatavari churna ½ tsp twice daily Morning & evening with warm milk/water -Manjistha cap 1 cap (500mg)once daily Morning with warm water 4.
