Struggling with Pitta Imbalance and Digestive Issues - #49481

My liquidity (drava) of pitta has increased and pachaka pitta has decreased causing loose motion & reddish acne.Feeling cold 24/7.Took 4 years to understand this after consulting 100 doctors.Taking only pitta shamana medicines causes motion to become sticky bcoz agni is mand.Taking only agni vardhak medicine increases loose motion & acne.Should i combine both cooling & pungent.Pls suggest some medicines?Is it related to liver or just a pitta - kapha imbalance.Suffering From 4 years 😭😭
