Barley grass → rich in nutrients and antioxidants, good for general health and skin, but does not remove xanthelasma. Green coffee (or green coffee + barley blends) → mild antioxidant and metabolism support, also does not treat xanthelasma. -For general wellness, barley grass is better; for metabolism/energy.
