Seeking Relief from Shock Sensation and Itching - #49495

Hello doc., my age 31 years, Male. I'm suffering from 4 months, shock sensation or pins and needles inside body(head scalp, neck, chest, back, thighs and back, legs, feet, except private parts) after a few seconds i feel itching at the same area where shock sensation happened. There is no specific time to it happen. Mainly carrying weights, under Sun light can't stay even a minute, doing exercises or yoga, when pressure applied, I'm feeling shock and itching. I feel better using wet cloth on my neck Or using water on hands or itching area. Anti histamine(Avil25/Cetirizine) medicine will provide relieve for sometime only not full day. I'm taking allopathy medicine for epilepsy(valprid cr 200)- from 8 years. Thyroid(thyronorm 62.5/50)and rheumatoid arthritis(Pregaba NT-75,SAZO 500, folitrax-10) - 2.5 years. I can't go out or work because of the shock and itching feeling. Always staying in home. Ayurvedic doctor suggested this medicine. But I'm not feeling better even 1% with the below mentioned medicine from 20 days. Arogya vardhini vati - 2-0-2 (B.food) Kaishore guggulu - 2-0-2 (B.food) Laghu sootshekhar ras - 1-1-1 (B.food) PFB My blood report is almost all Normal (except TSH) HbA1c - 5.4% AVERAGE BLOOD GLUCOSE-108 mg/dL ESR - 4mm/hr HEMOGLOBIN - 15.9 g/dL 25-OH VITAMIN D (TOTAL) - 91 ng/mL VITAMIN B-12 - 1841 pg/mL TESTOSTERONE - 409.45 ng/dL HIGH SENSITIVITY C-RP - 1.98 mg/L IRON - 120.56 µg/dL T3 - 116 ng/dL T4 - 9.38 µg/dL TSH - ULTRASENSITIVE - 5.538 µIU/mL kindly suggest shall I need panchakarma or anyother or medicine is enough. Kindly suggest medicines,lotions please 🙏🙏🙏
