-20 ke baad natural height badhna bahut limited hota, kyunki growth plates mostly band ho jate hain. Kar sakte ho: Posture & exercise: Stretching, yoga, swimming, core strengthening se tall dikhenge. Nutrition: Protein, calcium, vitamin D, zinc (vegetarian sources: dairy, pulses, nuts, seeds). Sleep: 7–9 ghante proper sleep. -Internal Medicines 1)Ashwagandha Churna – 3 g, milk ke saath, 2×/din 2)Chyawanprash – 1 tsp, din me 1 bar 3)Shatavari Churna – 2 g, milk ke saath, 1×/din 2. External Therapy Abhyanga (Oil Massage) – Sesame/Ashwagandha oil, 10 min daily Udvartana (Herbal Powder Massage) – 2×/week 3. Diet Milk, ghee, paneer, yogurt Pulses, nuts, leafy vegetables Avoid junk food & cold drinks 4. Exercise / Yoga Tadasana, Bhujangasana, Trikonasana, Surya Namaskar Hanging & core exercises 10–15 min daily Swimming if possible 5. Lifestyle Sleep 7–8 hours, before 10 PM Maintain upright posture Outdoor activity (sunlight) Duration: 3–6 months, monthly follow-up

20 साल के बाद height बढ़ना लगभग possible नहीं होता। कोई दवा लेकर height बढ़ाना possible नहीं है। क्या करें रोज stretching और hanging exercise करें Tadasana और Surya namaskar करें Milk और protein food खाएं Proper नींद लें सही posture रखें
