Reduces stress & boosts energy. -External Application / Massage Bala Taila / Ashwagandha Oil: Massage lower abdomen & thighs daily for 10–15 minutes. Improves circulation & reduces Vata imbalance. -Abhyanga (Full body oil massage): Use sesame or Bala oil daily before bath. Relieves stress & fatigue. -Lifestyle & Diet Sleep by 10–11 PM; do 10–15 minutes of meditation before sleep. Include warm milk with turmeric, nuts (almonds, walnuts), jaggery, and seasonal fruits in diet. Avoid excessive sexual thoughts, pornography, processed food, and late-night screen time. -Light exercise or yoga: Surya Namaskar, Vajrasana, Bhujangasana.
