Balances reproductive system & rejuvenates. 3)Kraunch beech cap(with milk): 1 cap twice after meal 4)Yashtimadhu Churna: 2 g in the morning. Reduces stress & boosts energy. -External Application / Massage Bala Taila / Ashwagandha Oil: Massage lower abdomen & thighs daily for 10–15 minutes. Improves circulation & reduces Vata imbalance. -Abhyanga (Full body oil massage): Use sesame or Bala oil daily before bath. Relieves stress & fatigue. -Lifestyle & Diet Sleep by 10–11 PM; do 10–15 minutes of meditation before sleep.
