Seeking Relief from Persistent Pain After Shingles - #49676

76 years old woman. Suffered from shingles 4 years ago, however experiencing pain in the left chest and left back area where she had the infection , despite the wound being healed. It’s stabbing and unbearable pain, affecting her day to day activities and mental health. She has a weak body, not very strong. She also suffers from chronic constipation. She is applying Mahanarayan Taila and hot compress as well. Nothing seems to work, she has been feeling the pain during night time now. She is non vegetarian and eats only fish. Please suggest some remedies, diet, excercises. Thanks.

Avoid sour, fermented and processed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Use boiled water for drinking. Tab Shallaki 1-0-1 Dashmularist 20ml twice after meal with lukewarm water Follow up after 2 weeks.
