Are Ayurvedic herbs like Vacha safe for mental health issues? - #49723

Gaurav

Is vacha herb used in ayurvedic medicines harmful or toxic? Manasmitra Vati of Kottakkal or Vaidyaratnam brand is safe or unsafe due to heavy metal content? Himalay mentat also has Vacha and also saraswatarishta. Are these safe or no? Please guide correctly. Lot of information on the internet and it confuses. Is Divya medha vati safe to take? All these for mental issues like stress, anxiety, depression, OCD, and tension and sleep issues. Please guide. Do these harm the brain if taken incorrectly or for too long? What's the way to know?
