Hi! Neet this side i have a question, I am 22 years old girl and I wanted to know, how to increase height at age of 22, is there any possibility? Is ashwaganda good for height and heath ?

You can add few centimetres.
Avoid oily spicy and processed foods.
Regular exercise like cycling, swimming,pull ups etc…

-At 22, your bones have mostly stopped growing, so permanent height increase is very unlikely
-Diagnosis: Asthi Dhatu Kshaya, Ojas & Bala Kshaya
Treatment:
1)Ashwagandha Capsule – 500 mg, 1x/day after meals at night
2)Chyawanprash – 1 tsp, morning
3)Mukta Shukti (Pearl Calcium) – 250 mg, with milk, 1x/day
4)Calcium-rich diet & milk – daily
5)Triphala Churna – 1 tsp, night
6)Abhyanga with Mahanarayan oil – daily, 10–15 min

At age 22, height increase is usually very limited because bone growth plates mostly close after 18–21 years.
Large height increase is not normally possible, but posture, spine flexibility, and body strength can improve height appearance slightly.
