-Ayurvedic Prescription 1️⃣ Ghutne ka dard -Chopchini Guggulu – 2 tablets, 2 times a day, after meals -Mahanarayana Oil / Ksheerabala Taila – local massage on knees, daily before bedtime -Panchakarma suggestion: janu Basti if chronic pain 2️⃣ Diabetes (Prameha) - Nishamalaki tab – 1 twice a day, before meals with warm water Diet: Avoid sweets, rice, and fried foods; include barley, green vegetables, moong dal Lifestyle: 15–20 min walk daily 3️⃣ Blood Pressure (Rakta/Vata imbalance) -Sarpagandha Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after meals Lifestyle: Low salt, stress reduction, light daily activity 4️⃣ Digestion & Constipation (Agnimandya / Vata) -Triphala Churna – 1 tsp at bedtime with warm water -Cumin/Fennel/Carom seed water after meals for bloating Diet: Warm cooked food, ghee 1 tsp daily, avoid cold/raw food if bloating 5️⃣ General Recommendations Drink 6–8 glasses warm water daily Avoid excessive sitting; gentle walking & knee exercises Daily warm oil massage (Abhyanga) for body to reduce Vata Regular follow-up every 2–4 weeks
