How can I stop my frequent migraine headaches? - #49803

I have been getting migraine headaches for years at a young age more frequently before, during and after periods. Also more often after pregnancy and over time. I also hit my head on an iron framed window where it bled which made it worst. Today i am having them everyday. How can i stop them permanently ?

-Diagnosis: Ardhavabhedaka (Migraine)
Prescription
1)Brahmi Vati – 2 tablets, morning with warm milk (nerve support, headache prevention)
2)Mahasudarshan Vati – 2 tablets, after meals, twice daily (Pitta pacification, headache relief)
3) Manasmitra vati 2 hs
-Lifestyle Advice:
Avoid spicy, oily, sour foods, caffeine, and fasting
Favor fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, milk, and ghee
Maintain regular sleep, practice yoga or Pranayama
Drink warm water throughout the day
-Follow-up:
Review after 4–6 weeks for improvement
If headaches persist, clinic-based therapies (Nasya, Virechana, Basti) can be added
