Kanchanar guggul and kanchanar bark powder are same or having same effect? Also body is hot in nature and head also feels hot so cn I go with these medicines?

-Kanchanar Guggul = Kanchanar bark + guggul + other herbs → stronger effect. -Kanchanar bark powder = just the bark → milder effect. And bark is main ingredient in both… Both help thyroid/lymph issues, but may increase body heat. If body/head already feels hot, avoid or use very low dose., better to balance heat first with cooling herbs/diet,and rest depends on other symptoms which you have.
