سوف ارسل لك تحليل عينةcsf ثم تخبريني بالنتيجه مع الشرح التام الوافي Oligoclonal Bands in CSF (Isoelectric Focusing) Result: Mirror Pattern. The patient’s cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) contains restriction bands that are also present in the corresponding serum sample. This means there is no intrathecal IgG synthesis (no antibody production inside the brain/spinal cord). The IgG detected in the CSF is due to peripheral IgG passing from the blood (serum) into the CSF. Reference Values: Normally, oligoclonal bands should be absent. Oligoclonal bands are found in about 95% of patients with multiple sclerosis (MS), but they are not specific only to MS. They can also appear in other diseases such as inflammatory neuropathy, CNS lupus, brain tumors, and infections. Therefore, laboratory results must be evaluated together with clinical findings.

Doctors' responses
Your CSF test shows a mirror pattern, meaning the detected antibodies are from the blood, not produced by your nervous system. This is generally considered a normal finding and does not suggest multiple sclerosis or other autoimmune CNS disorders.
