-“You have moderate fatty liver. The good news is it’s reversible with lifestyle changes. Here’s what you should do: -Diet: Avoid sugary foods, fried and processed foods. Eat more vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and lean protein. -Exercise: Walk briskly or do other aerobic exercise for 30–45 minutes most days. Add strength training 2–3 times a week. -Weight loss: Losing 7–10% of your body weight will help your liver a lot. -Alcohol & smoking: You’re doing well—keep alcohol minimal and don’t smoke. -Follow-up: Regular checkups and blood tests to monitor liver health. Medicine usually isn’t needed unless complications arise. With diet, exercise, and weight loss, the liver can improve in a few months.” Internal if symptoms persist even after 1 week -Kalmegh decoction – 15 ml, twice daily before meals. -Punarnava powder – 3 g with warm water, twice daily. -Triphala churna – 5 g at bedtime
