-हाथ-पैर की उँगलियाँ सुन्न होना
Vitamin B12 की कमी
Iron (खून की कमी)
Low BP की वजह से रक्त संचार कम होना
-नाखूनों पर बहुत सारी लाइनें
Protein की कमी
Iron / Zinc की कमी
लंबे समय से शरीर पर तनाव (chronic illness)

Vitamin D
Thyroid (TSH)
👉 बिना इनकी जाँच के मोरिंगा सिर्फ़ सपोर्ट करेगा, इलाज नहीं।
-Dx: वात-पित्त प्रकोप, रक्तधातु क्षय, त्वचा विकार
Medicines
1)अश्वगंधा चूर्ण ½ tsp रात को, भोजन बाद
2)शतावरी चूर्ण ½ tsp सुबह, भोजन बाद
3)गिलोय घनवटी 1 गोली सुबह-शाम, भोजन बाद
4)कुमार्यासव 15 ml + पानी, दोपहर/रात भोजन बाद
5)त्रिफला चूर्ण ½ tsp रात को सोने से पहले
- External
नारियल तेल + नीम तेल (3:1) दिन में 2 बार
🍽️ Advice
नमक थोड़ा बढ़ाएँ, पानी पर्याप्त
ठंडा-खट्टा, फास्ट फूड न लें
मोरिंगा अभी न लें
