1.Guduchighan vati 2 tab twice daily with water after meals 2.Sarivadyasava 20 ml with 20 ml water twice daily after meals 3.Tripahal churna 1 tsp at bedtime with warm water 🧘 Lifestyle & Diet Adjustments Since you mentioned stress as a major factor, routines are as important as medicines: ***For Vata: - Warm, moist, grounding foods (soups, khichdi, ghee in moderation). - Regular sleep and meal timings. - Gentle yoga (slow stretches, restorative poses). ***For Pitta: - Cooling foods (cucumber, coconut water, leafy greens). - Avoid excess spice, fried foods, alcohol, and caffeine. - Pranayama like Sheetali and Chandra Bhedana for cooling breath. ***Stress management: Daily meditation, abhyanga (oil massage), and calming evening routines help stabilize both doshas. -You have a Kapha base with Vata and Pitta imbalance. Right now, Vata is showing as dryness, dehydration, and chills, while Pitta is showing as heat, sweating, and emotional reactivity. To rebalance, focus on: -Warm, regular meals — no skipping food -Sip warm water through the day -Avoid very spicy, fried, and fermented foods -Do oil massage (vala taila ) 2-3 times a week -Sleep by 10 pm -Practice calming breathing like alternate nostril breathing -The goal is to first calm Vata with routine and warmth, then gently cool Pitta without increasing heaviness. -With consistency, improvement should begin within a few weeks. -Aushadhi: Triphala churna – 3 g HS with warm water Avipattikar churna – 3 g BD before meals Ashwagandha cap 500 mg HS with warm milk/water Praval pishti – 250 mg BD after food (if heat/sweating prominent) -Bahya Chikitsa: Abhyanga with warm sesame oil /bala taila daily or minimum 4x/week Follow with warm water bath - Pathya: Warm, freshly cooked meals Basmati rice, mung dal, ghee (small quantity) Coriander–fennel tea Fixed meal timings 🚫 Apathya: Spicy, fried, fermented foods Coffee, alcohol Late nights Skipping meals Excess raw salads -Lifestyle: Sleep before 10 pm Anulom Vilom 10 min daily Gentle yoga (no heated practice) Stress reduction Follow up: 15 days

At present both vata and pitta appear aggravated for more than six months as indicated by dark dry stool dehydration and sudden chills on one side and excessive sweating internal heat and emotional reactivity on the other side prolonged stress is a significant contributing factor because disturbance of prana vayu and sadhaka pitta gradually influences digestion temperature balance and bowel regularity when vata becomes unstable it tends to push pitta out of balance which is why both sets of symptoms are present together The first step in correction is to stabilise vata through a disciplined and predictable daily routine waking sleeping and eating at consistent times avoiding skipped meals and avoiding food intake during emotional disturbance meals should be warm freshly prepared and slightly unctuous while dry cold raw leftover excessively spicy sour fermented and packaged foods should be minimised adding a small quantity of ghee to meals helps reduce internal dryness and supports balance of both vata and pitta For dark dry stool gentle internal oleation is supportive a small spoon of warm ghee at bedtime or soaked black raisins taken in the morning can help lubricate the bowels sipping warm water throughout the day instead of cold fluids will further assist regular abhyanga with warm sesame oil before bath at least four times weekly helps calm the nervous system reduce dryness and improve overall circulation To pacify pitta incorporate mild cooling spices such as coriander fennel and small amounts of cumin in daily cooking while reducing chilli garlic vinegar caffeine and very salty foods aloe vera pulp in measured quantity may be beneficial if digestion is comfortable cooling breathing practices such as sheetali in the evening and maintaining sleep before ten thirty at night are important for regulating pitta rhythm Yoga and meditation should be steady grounding and not overly intense as excessive stimulation can aggravate both doshas when vata becomes stable pitta will gradually settle with consistent routine proper nourishment oil application adequate rest and stress management maintained over several weeks the system can return toward a more balanced state

Hello Thanks for explaining your symptoms so well. It paints a clear Ayurvedic view: dry stool, dehydration, chills, lots of sweating, and being easily upset. AYURVEDIC UNDERSTANDING –You’re mainly Kapha, but right now you’re dealing with: –Vata-Pitta imbalance with weak digestion and tissue depletion. Basically: –Vata is up → causing dryness, chills, worry, and hard, dark stools. –Pitta is up → leading to sweating, being touchy, and overreacting. –Kapha is down → making you less stable and weakening your immunity. –Stress makes both Vata and Pitta worse. What We Want to Do We need to: –Settle Vata –Cool Pitta –Bring Kapha back to normal –Get your digestion working well again (Agni) –Give your tissues some TLC (Rasayana) AYURVEDIC PLAN 1️⃣ Avipattikar Churna Gets Pitta in check & fixes digestion ½ tsp twice a day before food with warm water 2️⃣ Ashwagandha Churna Soothes Vata, eases stress & chills 3 g at night with warm milk 3️⃣ Shatavari Churna Cools Pitta & hydrates you 3 g twice a day with warm milk 4️⃣ Triphala Churna Fixes those dark, dry stools 1 tsp at bedtime with warm water 5️⃣ Brahmi Vati Keeps your emotions steady 1 tablet twice a day after eating DIET PLAN Eat More: –Rice – Wheat – Ghee (clarified butter) – Milk – Coconut – Pomegranate – Cooked veggies –Dates & soaked raisins Avoid: – Coffee –Alcohol – Fried stuff – Chili peppers – Sour fruits – Raw salads – Missing meals Lifestyle Tips –Go to bed before 10 pm –Massage yourself daily with sesame oil –Walk on the grass without shoes –Do 15 minutes of Anulom-Vilom + Sheetali Pranayama breathing Your doshas aren’t broken, just out of whack. With good food and relaxation, you’ll get back to normal. Warm Regards Dr. Snehal Vidhate
