Pichle ek sal s apko prob ho rhi h , firstly do a USG whole abdomen. -Rx: Hingwashtak Churna – ½ tsp ghee ke saath, BD after food Kutajghan Vati – 2 tab BD after food Avipattikar Churna – 1 tsp HS (agar acidity ho) Triphala Churna – 1 tsp HS (agar kabz ho) - Advice: Garam, halka bhojan (khichdi, moong dal) Oily/spicy avoid Har 30–40 min baithne ke baad walk -1-2 din m USG krvakr phle parameters dikhake consult kre
