Since childhood I do masturbation. I lost my hair so many bald area and I am thin height is 5'10 but weight is only 52. Full stressful lifedon'thave deep sleep during night.Sometimesi feel low heart beat sometimes high. Always have fear and some time leg shaking during any fight argument. Please help me and give me proper guidance and a diet chart to gain my energy back
