Can I safely combine Triphala with Contrave and Magnesium Oxide? - #50057

I am on Contrave FOR WEIGHT LOSS, can I take Triphala for the constipation. I also am taking magnesium oxide. Is there any reason I cant take all of this? The Contrave causes constipation. How much Triphala is safe to take? I would like to ween off Magnesium Oxide once I start going. Need some help

Yes, you can take Triphala for constipation.
Start with 1 teaspoon at night with warm water
If needed, increase to 1 teaspoon at night
You can take magnesium oxide together at first.
When motions become normal, slowly reduce magnesium oxide.
