Doctors' responses

-After Virechana, mild body aches can occur for a short time, but back pain lasting more than 4 weeks is not usually normal. Since your pain is moderate and ongoing, it should be reviewed. It may be due to muscle strain, posture, or weakness rather than the treatment itself. -Rx Cap. Perment – 1 cap HS after food Tab. Stop-IBS – 1 tab BD after food Tab. Amlant – 1 tab BD before food Medaphala Rasayana – 10 ml BD before food with lukewarm water -For Back Pain (if required) Tab. Yogaraj Guggulu – 1 tab BD after food Mahanarayana Taila – Local abhyanga, once daily (gentle massage) -Pathya (Diet Advice) Warm, light, freshly prepared food Avoid curd at night, fried, spicy, junk food Avoid cold water Maintain regular meal timings -Follow-up: After 15 days
