Hi, I’m 37 years old female, diabetic and using insulin, taking medication for cholesterol and I have thyroid as well. I skipped taking Turkic tablets since I’m taking it for a longtime and it’s within range , but still doctor ask me to take it, off late my periods are not regular and having a bad brain fog, not able to remember things quickly and forgetting things quickly? How yo overcome this. Going through lots of stress as well.

As u r having multiple issues so u need many medicines and also ur thyroid levels are normal because u were taking medicine so now start with Kanchanara guggulu tab 1-0-1 after food Dashamoolarishtam 5 ml with 10 ml of water twice a day after food Shatavari rasayana 1tsp twice a day after food Ashwaganda churna half teaspoon with warm milk twice a day after food

-Since you have thyroid, diabetes, and are under stress, your irregular periods and brain fog are most likely due to hormonal imbalance — especially if thyroid medication was stopped. Thyroid levels can go abnormal again even if they were previously normal on tablets. Blood sugar fluctuations and stress can also worsen memory and cycles. You should repeat thyroid tests, check HbA1c, and screen for B12, vitamin D, and iron. -Prescription 1)Kanchanar Guggulu – 2 tabs BD after food 2)Ashokarishta – 15 ml + equal water BD after food 3)Brahmi Vati – 1 tab HS 4)Ashwagandha Churna – 3 g with warm milk HS 5)Guduchi Satva – 500 mg BD before food -Advice Regular thyroid medication continuation Strict diabetic diet 30 min brisk walking daily Pranayama (10 min/day) Proper sleep (7–8 hrs) - follow up with reports as soon as possible
