Kedves Ayurveda Orvos! 54 éves nő vagyok. 60 kg a súlyom 162 cm magas vagyok. Tanárként dolgozom. Szeretek a kertben dolgozni. Nyáron mindennap úszok 1.5 km-t. Vegan vagyok, korábban vegetáriánus. Nem eszek búzát, tejterméket. Nem iszok kávét 2 éve. Alacsony a vérnyomásom. Száraz a bőröm. Jól alszok. Könnyen elalszik. Egyszer felkelek éjszaka pisilni. Kipihenten kelek. Ebéd után nem alszok. Szeretem a meleget, nyarat. Bírom a meleget. Menopauzaa tüneteim nincsenek. Átlagos a súlyom. Nyáron, ősszel nincs gondom a súlyommal. Tél végén viszont igen. Éhes vagyok és 5 kg fel jön, amit oda figyeléssel tudok leadni. Ezt nagyon nem szeretem. A bőröm száraz, hajam vékony szálú. Heti kétszer mosok hajat. Szemöldököm ritka. Szemem zöld. Nagyon szeretem a meleget. Hideg ételt nem eszek, nyáron sem. Mindennap főzök. Szerintem nem erős az emésztésem. Reggel nyelv kaparással kezdek és langyos meleg vizet iszok. Reggelizek, főleg kása féléket, vagy meleg levest. Nem túl korán. 8.00, ha sikerül később. Este 22.00- kor fekszek. Tejterméket egyáltalán nem eszek 2 éve. Cukrot sem, de télen igen. A gyomrom nem savas. Jól tudok enni nyers ételeket is. Széklet, inkább száraz. Kétszer van egy nap székletem. Inkább szorongó típus, gondolkodó vagyok. Fő panaszaim: Régóta fenn álló, hogy az energiaszintem alacsony. Főleg a kora délutáni időpontban, de nem evés után. Visszereim vannak. A jobb lábam volt műtve kétszer a gyerek ( két gyerek) szülések után. Epe kövem volt. Eltávolították (1995-ben). A vérnyomásom alacsony, a pulzus átlagos. A végtagjaim hidegek. Raynaud szindrómám van. Nem szedek gyógyszert. Puffadást délutánra érzem. Korán, frissen kelő vagyok, de fenn tudok maradni sokáig. Amikor dolgozni kell, akkor és inkább délután érzek fáradtságot. Hogy tudok az állapotomon javítani?

-Based on your symptoms, you show signs of a mild Vata imbalance, mainly affecting digestion, circulation, and energy levels. -The dryness (skin, stool), cold extremities, Raynaud syndrome, varicose veins, bloating, anxiety tendency, and afternoon fatigue all point in this direction. ----Main recommendations: Continue warm, cooked meals — especially for breakfast and lunch. Use digestive spices daily (ginger, cumin, fennel). Add small amounts of healthy oils (sesame or olive oil) to reduce dryness. Reduce raw foods in colder months. Eat a grounding lunch with enough protein. Around 3 pm: warm tea and a small protein-rich snack instead of sugar. Daily warm oil self-massage (sesame oil) to improve circulation and dryness. Keep your feet and lower back warm. —Aushadhi: 1)Ashwagandha cap 500 mg at night with warm almond milk (or warm water) 2)Avipattikar churna – 3 g at bedtime (if bloating persists) 3)Punarnava mandoor – 1 tab twice daily after meals (for circulation & varicose support) 4)Arjuna ksheerapaka – once daily (vascular tone support) (Adjust dose as per patient tolerance.) 🔹 Bahya Chikitsa: Daily Abhyanga with warm sesame oil (especially legs & feet) Gentle leg elevation in evening Keep extremities warm 🔹 Ahara: Warm, cooked, spiced food Ginger–cumin–fennel daily Avoid excess raw food (especially winter) Small, regular intake of healthy fats Light dinner Avoid refined sugar (especially winter) 🔹 Vihara: Regular routine Mild yoga + pranayama (Nadi Shodhana) Avoid overexertion in afternoon Short post-lunch walk ----- for varicose veins, leech therapy can be done , it will give best results Review after: 4–6 weeks
