कभी-कभी bp 160/100 तक आता है. Psa जांच में 18 रहता है खाना एक time दोपहर में लेता हूं सुबह अंजीर, किशमिश, सीड्स pumpkin and sunflower सभी भिगो कर grind कर लेता हूं फिर इसमें दो चम्मच सत्तू और एक चम्मच मैखाने का पाउडर फिर 2 तक फल और सलाद और 2-3 बीच रोटी सब्जी और फिर अगले दिन 9 बजे सीड्स आदि से दिनचर्या चालू
