Avoid processed and packed foods. Minimize use of salt. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Hridayasav 15ml twice with lukewarm water before meal. Tab.Cardostab 2-0-2 Follow up after 4weeks.
