Avoid addiction if any. Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Ashwagandharishta 20ml twice after meal with lukewarm water. Tab.Kaucha 2-0-2 Follow up after 4weeks.
