Doctors' responses

Pitta + Kapha imbalance Mandagni Semisolid / loose stools Acne + bloating Cooling drugs ↓ acne but ↓ digestion Strong agni drugs ↑ digestion but ↑ loose motion So you need Deepana (agni improving) + Grahi (stool binding) together Without ghee, bilwadi, musta (as you said).

Kutaja + Shunthi combination Kutajghan Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food Dry ginger (Shunthi) powder – small pinch with warm water before food Kutaja = Grahi (controls loose motion) Shunthi = Mild Agni deepana Dadimashtaka Churna 1 tsp after food twice daily Improves digestion Controls loose stools Reduces bloating For Acne (Internal Cooling but mild) Guduchi tablet once daily after food It balances Pitta without reducing Agni too much. Diet Warm, light food Old rice, moong dal Pomegranate fruit Curd at night Very spicy & fried Raw salads
