Hello So, I understand you have this burning feeling in your tongue and throat that’s been bugging you for the past year. It gets worse when you eat, drink, or even just talk, and those home remedies aren’t doing a thing, right? That’s gotta be frustrating, and I get how it can mess with your confidence and just your overall enjoyment of life. AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT In Ayurveda, we’d probably call this Amlapitta + Pittaja Mukharoga Basically, here’s what’s going on: –Your Pitta dosha is way out of whack. –Your stomach’s producing way too much acid. –That acid is creeping up as vapors to your throat and tongue. –That’s causing the burning, redness, maybe even some sores, and making everything super sensitive. –You might also have a white coating on your tongue, bad breath, and a dry mouth because of all this. Here’s what we want to do: –Calm that Pitta down. –Get that acid under control. –Help your mouth and throat heal. –Get rid of that burning feeling for good! Here’s a treatment plan: INTERNAL MEDICATION 1 Avipattikar Churna – 1 tsp before breakfast and dinner. 2.Kamdugdha Ras (Moti yukta) – 1 tablet twice a day. 3.Yashtimadhu Churna – ½ tsp twice a day. 4.Amla Juice – 20 ml every day. HOME REMEDIES –Drink coconut water. –Drink coriander water. –Chew on fennel seeds. –Have some Mishri (rock sugar). What to Eat:Yes: Yogurt with rice, coconut water, bottle gourd, pumpkin, pomegranate. ❌No: Spicy stuff, anything with a ton of masala, coffee, fried foods, smoking, alcohol. LIFESTYLE CHANGE –Drink cool water. –Chill out and stress less. –Don’t stay up super late. –Rinse your mouth a few times during the day. This can totally get better.
