Which Part is Used
Whole plant (mainly fruit and root)
How to Prepare (Simple Method)
Kantakari Kashayam (Decoction)
Take 1 teaspoon Kantakari powder
Add to 2 cups water
Boil until it becomes 1 cup
Filter and drink warm
Dose
50–100 ml twice daily after food
