How to Increase Platelets and Manage HbA1c Levels? - #50554

Not increase platelets last two years. The platelet count is less than 1 lac. How to increase platelets. Due to diabetes and increase of tilli, lever is small than actual size. My hba1c is 8. Please advice how to decrease the hba1c.
