Weight going up although eating less and healthy lifestyle eating with moderate exercise. what should I do.. aiming to reduce 10kg.. current weight 77.5 kg height 5'3"B+ blood group.. pure vegetarian diet.. with disturbed sleeping pattern..I am 45 years old female

Start with Tablet Obenyl 2-0-2 after food with warm water, will help reduce fat cells. Tablet Liv-52 1-0-1 after food with water will improve metabolism. Triphala juice 20 ml at bedtime with warm water.will help cleanse your intestine. Brisk walking atleast 30 minutes daily. Do pranayam lom -vilom kapalbhatti bhastrika daily for 5-10mins twice. Diet: Take millets instead of wheat. Take Red rice instead of white rice Have whole fruit instead of juices. Avoid processed fatty fast sugary foods. Drink warm water through out the day.
