Avoid sugar, wheat, potato, bakery products and packed foods. Regular exercise. Massage with lukewarm sesame oil and take steam. Use boiled water for drinking. Tab Garcini 3-0-3 before meal Tab.Arogyavardhini 2-0-2 Follow up after 4weeks.
