मेरा नाम सजना हे।मुझे सिर दर्द है।एसिडिटी बनी रहती है। दीन मे सोचा करती हु। चक्कर जेसा रहता हे ।कभी कभी रात को नींद नही आती हे।शरीर मे थकान महसूस कर रही हु।

Paracetamol ले सकती हैं (डॉक्टर की सलाह से)
अंधेरे और शांत कमरे में आराम
स्क्रीन कम देखें
2️⃣ एसिडिटी के लिए
सुबह खाली पेट Pantoprazole (अगर डॉक्टर ने दिया हो)
बहुत ज्यादा चाय, कॉफी, मसालेदार खाना कम करें
खाना समय पर खाएँ
रात को बहुत देर से न खाएँ
3️⃣ नींद के लिए
सोने से 1 घंटा पहले मोबाइल बंद
गुनगुना दूध
गहरी सांस लेने की एक्सरसाइज
4️⃣ जरूरी जांच
आप 6 महीने से परेशान हैं, तो ये टेस्ट करा लें:
CBC
Thyroid (TSH)
Vitamin D
Vitamin B12
Blood sugar
कभी-कभी कमजोरी और चक्कर इनकी वजह से भी होते हैं।
