Advice on Low Vitamin D Levels - #50758

HELLO DOCTOR MY VITAMIN D LEVEL IS 19 nmol/L that is very low. Should I take D3 60K capsule once in a week for 3 months and after that maintenance dose D3 2000 iu monthly for further 3 months. OR should i take injection of vitamin d ? Please advice Thanking you
