How would you describe the severity of your acne?:
- Moderate, frequent breakoutsHave you made any other changes to your diet or lifestyle recently?:
- No, no changes madeHow would you rate your overall hydration?:
- Not sure
—You were drinking too much hot water for a long time. This likely weakened your digestion and irritated your intestines, which is why you are having loose motions. It did not increase water permanently in your body. The kidneys normally remove excess water. Your acne did not improve because acne is usually related to hormones and inflammation, not just body heat. We need to normalize your water intake and support your gut recovery. —Internal Medicines: 1)Praval Pishti – 125 mg Twice daily with honey after food 2)Guduchi Satva – 500 mg Twice daily with lukewarm water 3)Kutajghan Vati – 1 tab Twice daily after food 4)Avipattikar Churna – 3 gm At bedtime with lukewarm water —External: Neem Patra Kwath wash – Twice daily for face OR Lodhra + Multani mitti paste locally once daily only on acne spot —Diet Advice: Avoid spicy, fried, fermented food Avoid excess hot water Take simple warm diet (khichadi, moong dal) Buttermilk with roasted jeera (midday) —Follow up: 15 days
