आपका सिर दर्द का pattern बहुत clear है 👇 🕘 सुबह 9 बजे पढ़ना शुरू 🕛 दोपहर 12 बजे सिर दर्द शुरू 📅 6–7 दिन से रोज 💢 दर्द severe यह ज़्यादातर Tension Headache / Eye Strain Headache जैसा लग रहा है। 🔎 सबसे संभावित कारण 1️⃣ लगातार 3 घंटे बिना ब्रेक पढ़ना 2️⃣ आंखों पर strain (मोबाइल / किताब / लैपटॉप) 3️⃣ पानी कम पीना 4️⃣ गर्दन की मांसपेशियों में तनाव 5️⃣ नींद पूरी न होना 6️⃣ हल्का dehydration या low BP 🚨 पहले यह चेक करें ✔ क्या आप 3 घंटे लगातार बिना ब्रेक पढ़ते हैं? ✔ क्या मोबाइल ज्यादा use करते हैं? ✔ क्या गर्दन झुकाकर पढ़ते हैं? ✔ क्या पानी कम पीते हैं? ✔ क्या चाय/कॉफी ज्यादा लेते हैं? 🟢 तुरंत अपनाने वाला प्लान 1️⃣ 30-30 मिनट रूल हर 30–40 मिनट बाद: 2 मिनट ब्रेक आंखें बंद दूर देखें (20 feet rule) गर्दन stretch करें 2️⃣ पानी सुबह पढ़ाई के दौरान: कम से कम 1–1.5 लीटर पानी Dehydration से दोपहर में दर्द शुरू होता है। 3️⃣ गर्दन एक्सरसाइज ✔ Neck rotation ✔ Shoulder roll ✔ Chin tuck exercise दिन में 3 बार करें। 4️⃣ आंखों की सुरक्षा अगर: धुंधला दिखता है आंखों में जलन सिर दर्द आंखों से शुरू होता है तो eye checkup ज़रूरी है। कई बार नंबर बढ़ जाता है। 5️⃣ आयुर्वेदिक उपाय 🌿 ब्राह्मी घृत (थोड़ी मात्रा) 🌿 शंखपुष्पी सिरप 🌿 नस्य (2 बूंद गाय का घी नाक में सुबह) 6️⃣ नींद कम से कम 7 घंटे सोएं। Late night पढ़ाई बंद करें। ❗ डॉक्टर कब दिखाएं अगर: उल्टी हो रोशनी से दर्द बढ़े एक तरफ तेज धड़कता दर्द बुखार चक्कर तो तुरंत डॉक्टर दिखाएं। 🎯 मेरा अनुमान आपका headache: 👉 Study strain + dehydration + neck tension से है और यह reversible है। अगर बताएं: क्या दर्द सिर के पीछे होता है या आगे? धड़कता है या दबाव जैसा? मोबाइल कितना use करते हैं? तो मैं और सटीक बताऊंगा। 🙏

सिर दर्द आगे से होता है ,शायद धड़कता है मोबाइल use नहीं करता में दाएं बाएं झटके देकर गर्दन चटकाता हु शायद उससे तो नहीं है?
