I was wondering if there is any natural remedy for xanthelasma under my eyes. Something that wont leave scars. Thank you

—Xanthelasma are cholesterol deposits under the skin. Unfortunately, there are no proven natural remedies that safely remove them, and home treatments can cause irritation or scarring — especially around the eyes. If removal is desired, the safest option is a medical procedure such as laser or cautery performed by a specialist. I’d also recommend checking cholesterol levels, as they can sometimes be associated.
