Managing Abdominal Pain from Ovarian Cyst and Kidney Stone - #50898

2 weeks ago I got a sharp abdominal pain and it seems I have a ruptured ovarian cyst + kidney stone at the same time, first time for both, my prakruti is V2P3K2 and vikruti is V2.5P3.5K2+ (as evaluated by ayurvedic doctor last month) please how can I manage my condition and what is the cause. There is a lot of abdominal pain and I am avoiding any NSAIDS due to history of stomach ulcer.
