—Low phosphorus even while taking supplements + Vitamin D usually means one of these: • Your kidneys are losing phosphorus • Your parathyroid hormone (PTH) is high • Low magnesium • Poor absorption from the gut • Blood sugar shifts —Dizziness, fainting, shaking = not normal for mild low phosphorus.
